At AJ Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your AJ Sports account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your sports equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
